No.36406 of 2009 (U)\n            ---------------------------------\n           Dated, this the 21st day of December, 2009\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Heard the counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>appearing for the 1st respondent and the respective standing<\/p>\n<p>counsel appearing for respondents 2 &amp; 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The petitioner&#8217;s grievance is against Ext.P6.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    The petitioner is an Executive Engineer now working<\/p>\n<p>under the 2nd respondent Corporation. According to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>he was posted under the 2nd respondent Corporation only by order<\/p>\n<p>GO(Rt.) No.2001\/09\/LSGD dated 06\/08\/2009 and that immediately<\/p>\n<p>thereafter, by Ext.P6 order dated 29\/10\/2009, he has been<\/p>\n<p>transferred and posted to the 3rd respondent Municipality. He has<\/p>\n<p>sought cancellation of Ext.P6 by filing Ext.P8 before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent, and orders are not passed on the representation.<\/p>\n<p>     4.    As at present, the petitioner has not been relieved from<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent Corporation. Having regard to the above and<\/p>\n<p>also the complaint of the petitioner about the frequent transfers to<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) No.36406\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>which he is subjected to, I direct the 1st respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P8. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within eight weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>     5.    It is directed that in the meanwhile status quo as on<\/p>\n<p>date, in so far as Ext.P6 transferring the petitioner, shall be<\/p>\n<p>maintained.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along<\/p>\n<p>with a copy of this writ petition before the 1st respondent for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>     This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                   (ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE)<br \/>\njg<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court T.S.Velusamy vs State Of Kerala Rep.
