The RTI request was filed on 7.4.08.       The Appellant requested for<br \/>\n     information against 4 points related to authorized\/unauthorized entries<br \/>\n     of two officials in the AIR office   after their suspension.   The CPIO<br \/>\n     replied on 7.5.08 providing some information. Not satisfied with the<br \/>\n     reply received, the Appellant filed his first appeal on 8.5.08 reiterating<br \/>\n     his request for the   information.   The Appellate Authority replied on<br \/>\n     7.7.08 stating that the RTI Act does not cast on the Public Authority<br \/>\n     any obligation to answer queries as in this case, in which a petitioner<br \/>\n     attempts to elicit answers to his questions such as Why, When, What,<br \/>\n     Whether etc.   The Appellant filed his second appeal before the CIC on<br \/>\n     11.7.08.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.   The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner,<br \/>\n     scheduled the hearing for December 4, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   Mr.Bhagirath Pandya, Station Director &amp; CPIO along with Mr.M.J.Peter<br \/>\n     and Mr.T.V.Pradeep represented the Public Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p> 4.    The Appellant Mr.Ravindra Parmar was present in person along with<br \/>\n      Ms.Jayashri Parmar during the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision\n<\/p>\n<p>5.    The Commission directs the CPIO to conduct an inquiry on entry of<br \/>\n      two authorized \/ unauthorized officials into the AIR premises on<br \/>\n      27.12.07, after their suspension. The CPIO is to provide a copy of the<br \/>\n      inquiry report to the Appellant and to the Commission within 15 days<br \/>\n      of receipt of this Order.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.    The Commission directs the CPIO to provide information against the<br \/>\n      points 3 &amp; 4 sought by the Appellant in his RTI application.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.
