                 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                              Cr.Misc. No.40024 of 2010\n                              MAHTAB AHMAD KHAN\n                                          Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n
3\/   14.3.2011             I was about to pass an order, which may impinge upon the<\/p>\n
                 integrity of the Presiding Officer of the court, which is hearing S.T.<\/p>\n
                 No. 358 of 2007 but before I do that, I think it proper to seek an<\/p>\n
                 explanation from the officer who passed order dated 23.9.2010 in<\/p>\n
                 the above noted Sessions Trial as to why an entry should not be<\/p>\n
                 made in his personal records that he was being dictated by the<\/p>\n
                 Public Prosecutor and he was not consulting section 231 of the Code<\/p>\n
                 of Criminal Procedure to examine the informant and, thereby<\/p>\n
                 succumbing to the pressure of the Public Prosecution and further<\/p>\n
                 that he is a thoroughly incompetent officer to preside over the Court<\/p>\n
                 of Sessions.\n<\/p>\n
                           The Registrar General to communicate the order to 2nd<\/p>\n
                 Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur by Fax at the court’s<\/p>\n
                 cost and list this petition again before me as a tied up matter on 22nd<\/p>\n
                 March, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
