K.S. MANOJ <\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=ALLEPPEY\">ALLEPPEY<\/a>): Sir, I would like to draw the attention of the Minister of State for Defence and also the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, who is sitting here, regarding this serious issue. There are more than 20,000 ex-servicemen in my district.\u00a0 But there is no polyclinic in my district.\u00a0 Recently, the Government has sanctioned\u2026 (Interruptions)\n<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MR.%20CHAIRMAN%20\">MR. CHAIRMAN <\/a>: Please be brief. You have already raised this issue.\u00a0 That is written here.\n<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=DR.%20K.S.%20MANOJ%20\">DR. K.S. MANOJ <\/a>: I will finish it within two minutes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Recently, the Government has sanctioned a polyclinic in my district.\u00a0 Usually, the polyclinics are sanctioned based on the number of ex-servicemen in the District.\n<\/p>\n<p> 21.00 hrs.  <\/p>\n<p>In my district, more than 20,000 ex-Servicemen are there. But the grade of the polyclinic that has been sanctioned is only that of \u201cD\u201d. Actually, my district is entitled to have a \u201cB\u201d Grade dispensary but that has been denied there.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A few months back, I heard that a \u201cB\u201d Grade clinic has been sanctioned but it has been transferred from there to some other place. So, it is my humble request to the hon.
