Mansuri for the applicant and learned<br \/>\ncounsel, Mr.Shaukat Shaikh for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the reasons inter alia that the respondent had personal<br \/>\ndifficulty and he was not well, the time is required to be granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tTherefore,<br \/>\nthe respondent shall file an undertaking as directed in the order<br \/>\npassed in Civil Revision Application No.565 of 1997 dated 03.02.2011<br \/>\non or before  9 th  May,<br \/>\n2011.
