In the present case, no such notice<\/p>\n<p>  isstieci. Therefore, the trial Court has directed to<\/p>\n<p>   the plaint to comply with the requirement of<\/p>\n<p>T  &#8220;&#8216;Sect:ion 80 of CPC, which is mandatory. Therefore, in<\/p>\n<p>my considered view, there is no merit in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition and hence, it is liable to be dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a3\/<\/p>\n<p>6.
