Vijayakumar,\n\t\t\t\tSpecial Government Pleader.\n\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard Mr.S.Nagamuthu, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and<br \/>\nMr.K.V.Vijayakumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who has taken notice on<br \/>\ndirection from this court  for respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. By consent of counsel on either side the writ petition itself is  taken<br \/>\nup for final hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. This writ petition has been filed  for a direction against the first<br \/>\nrespondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was dismissed from service<br \/>\non the basis of the findings submitted by the enquiry officer.  He has also made<br \/>\nhis further  representation to the first respondent-Government to reconsider the<br \/>\ndecision taken by the disciplinary authority on certain grounds.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition,<br \/>\nwithout going into merit of this case the first respondent is directed to<br \/>\nconsider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2005 and pass<br \/>\nappropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. With the<br \/>\nabove direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There is no order as to<br \/>\ncosts.
