Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :27\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n              -----------------------------------------\n                    W.P(C) No. 7722 of 2005\n              -----------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 27th day of June, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In the matter of entry tax there is already an interim order<\/p>\n<p>which reads as follows:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                     &#8220;The vehicle of the petitioner shall be<br \/>\n            registered by the third respondent on simple bond<br \/>\n            without sureties being furnished by the petitioner<br \/>\n            for the amount claimed by way of entry tax.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The learned Government Pleader submits that the appeal filed<\/p>\n<p>against the decision of this court reported in <a href=\"\/doc\/14679395\/\">Thressiamma<\/p>\n<p>L.Chirayil v. State of Kerala,<\/a> 2007 (1) KLT 303, is pending before<\/p>\n<p>the Supreme Court.
