Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.12.2010 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under section 379\/34 of the IPC and subsequently,<\/p>\n<p>                    section 411 of the IPC was added when the petitioner was caught<\/p>\n<p>                    with stolen tractor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                    that the petitioner is driver and, as a matter of fact, he was not<\/p>\n<p>                    aware about this fact that seized tractor was stolen property.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as period<\/p>\n<p>                    of detention of the petitioner in jail custody and also keeping in<\/p>\n<p>                    mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner, Shobha Paswan, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                    bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                    the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur,<\/p>\n<p>                    Patna in Maner P.S.
