Respondents.\n                     ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   08\/08\/2011          Learned          counsel        for      the        petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  submits     that        the      High       Powered         Committee<\/p>\n<p>                  constituted        under       the    orders        of    this     Court<\/p>\n<p>                  passed in a batch of cases as reported in 2007<\/p>\n<p>                  (Suppl.) PLJR 337 is still functioning. He also<\/p>\n<p>                  submits     that    the        case    of    the     petitioner      is<\/p>\n<p>                  identical to the cases of the                        persons whose<\/p>\n<p>                  matters     were        referred         to     the        Committee.<\/p>\n<p>                  However,     he     submits          that     the    case     of    the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner        has    not     been       considered        by     the<\/p>\n<p>                  Committee so far. Hence, he prays for liberty<\/p>\n<p>                  to   the    petitioner          to     represent          before     the<\/p>\n<p>                  Committee and for a direction to the Committee<\/p>\n<p>                  to consider his case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The     writ       application           is        accordingly<\/p>\n<p>                  disposed     of         with     such       liberty         to     the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner with a direction to the Committee<\/p>\n<p>                  to consider his representation in accordance<\/p>\n<p>                  with law.\n<\/p>\n<pre>      Pradeep\/                                         ( J.
