Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :11\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       ==============\n                  W.P.(C) NO. 7443 OF 2009 (A)\n                  ====================\n\n            Dated this the 11th day of March, 2009\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P2, the proceedings of the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent adjourning his application for renewal of permit in<\/p>\n<p>respect of Stage Carriage KL-34\/2626 on the ground that the<\/p>\n<p>route in question is covered by the draft notification dated<\/p>\n<p>15\/9\/2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    In several cases of this nature, this Court has taken the<\/p>\n<p>view that if for some reason the RTA is of the view that permit<\/p>\n<p>cannot be renewed, it could have, instead of adjourning the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings as done in Ext.P2, taken a final decision. For this<\/p>\n<p>reason, I see no justification for the view that the RTA has taken in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent shall take a final decision on the application made<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner.
