Prabhakaran, Standing Counsel takes notice.<\/p>\n<p>       2.   Considering   the   documents   placed   on   record,   particularly<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 wedding invitation card and Ext.P3 receipt issued by the temple,<\/p>\n<p>I am of the view that there is justification for directing out of turn release<\/p>\n<p>of   DCRG   payable   to   the   petitioner.     Under   these   circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>applying   the   principles   laid   down   in   the   judgment   in   WA   No.1775   of<\/p>\n<p>2004,   this   Writ   Petition   will   stand   disposed   of   issuing   the   following<\/p>\n<p>orders:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       Respondents will release to the petitioner the amounts due to him<\/p>\n<p>on   account   of   his   DCRG   at   the   earliest   and   at   any   rate   before<\/p>\n<p>15.04.2007.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n\n                                              PIUS C.
