This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>                       directing Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Danapur (respondent no.3) to<\/p>\n<p>                       submit his report to the District Magistrate, Patna as required by the<\/p>\n<p>                       latter vide letter dated 06.03.2010 for issuance of No Objection<\/p>\n<p>                       Certificate to the petitioner for establishing LPG gas plant.<\/p>\n<p>                                      3. Considering the averments made by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                       for the parties and the materials on record, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>                       disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Danapur<\/p>\n<p>                       (respondent no.3) to immediately respond to the letter of the District<\/p>\n<p>                       Magistrate, Patna dated 06.03.2010 and submit his report within 30<\/p>\n<p>                       days from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order, failing<\/p>\n<p>                       which he will be held liable for violation of the order of this order.<\/p>\n<p>                                      4.
