It is stated by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner that when it was pointed out that for obtaining<\/p>\n<p>NOC, he is required to make an application to the Central<\/p>\n<p>Empowered Committee, he has filed an application to the Central<\/p>\n<p>Empowered Committee in that behalf.
