Tewari, Advocate\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>06\/   29.06.2011                        The contemnor Anil Sharma, Executive<\/p>\n<p>                       Engineer, Rural Work Department, Work Division-III, Gaya<\/p>\n<p>                       (opposite party no.3) is present in Court.<\/p>\n<p>                                      2. Learned counsel for the said contemnor<\/p>\n<p>                       submits that he had no information at all about order dated<\/p>\n<p>                       18.03.2011 (Annexure 1) passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.<\/p>\n<p>                       5114 of 2011 and hence due to inadvertence and lack of<\/p>\n<p>                       knowledge, he passed order dated 21.03.2011 in favour of one<\/p>\n<p>                       Niranjan Kumar. He tenders unqualified apologies for the<\/p>\n<p>                       same.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       3. Learned counsel for the said contemnor<\/p>\n<p>                       further submits that he later learnt about the said order of this<\/p>\n<p>                       Court and appeared in the instant case and has passed the order<\/p>\n<p>                       dated 24.06.2011 restraining the said Niranjan Kumar from<\/p>\n<p>                       executing any work as per the agreement executed by them on<\/p>\n<p>                       21.03.2011 till the disposal of C.W.J.C. No. 5114 of 2011. A<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             copy of the said order has been produced by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>             for the said contemnor in Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        4. Considering the matter in its entirety, this contempt<\/p>\n<p>       proceeding is dropped, but opposite party no.3 is directed to see that<\/p>\n<p>       the order of this Court dated 18.03.2011 is followed in its letter and<\/p>\n<p>       spirit without fail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        5.
