Opp. Party.\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   09.08.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Both the aforesaid petitioners apprehend their arrest<\/p>\n<p>                    in connection with Complaint case No. 110 of 2010 for the<\/p>\n<p>                    offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 427, 353 and<\/p>\n<p>                    504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Saharsa, are named<\/p>\n<p>                    accused in this case with allegation to causing innocence and<\/p>\n<p>                    disturbing the complainant and discharging of his duties just<\/p>\n<p>                    in order to pursue upon him to make petitioner no. 2 her<\/p>\n<p>                    signature upon attendance register during period of her<\/p>\n<p>                    absence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Submission is that dispute between the parties has<\/p>\n<p>                    already been resolved and the petitioner has already filed<\/p>\n<p>                    compromise petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               If it is so, the complainant appearing before the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           court below and on due identification supports the factum of<\/p>\n<p>           compromise with her free will and consent without any<\/p>\n<p>           coercion and also stood as one of the bailors, in the event of<\/p>\n<p>           his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks,<\/p>\n<p>           let the above named both petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>           furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each<\/p>\n<p>           with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>           the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa, in<\/p>\n<p>           connection with Complaint Case No. 110 of 2010, subject to<\/p>\n<p>           condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal<\/p>\n<p>           Procedure Code with additional condition to remain<\/p>\n<p>           physically present before the court below on each and every<\/p>\n<p>           date at least for two years of till disposal of the case,<\/p>\n<p>           whichever is earlier, in case of failure on two consecutive<\/p>\n<p>           dates, without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty<\/p>\n<p>           granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Bhardwaj                              (Akhilesh Chandra, J)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shailendra Narayan Singh @ &#8230; vs The State Of Bihar on 9 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
