DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 22\/07\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tAt the joint<br \/>\nrequest of the learned advocates for the parties and in view of the<br \/>\nundertaking filed by the petitioner-wife before the Family Court,<br \/>\nAhmedabad that in case if she wants to go to abroad, she would take<br \/>\nnecessary permission of the court, this petition challenging the<br \/>\ninterim order below Exh.5 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court,<br \/>\nAhmedabad in H.M.P. No.1511 of 2009 has become otiose.  However, the<br \/>\nparties are directed to act as per the undertaking that is filed in<br \/>\nthe Family Court, Ahmedabad.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe nature of the dispute between the parties, it is expected of the<br \/>\nFamily Court, Ahmedabad to dispose of the H.M.P. No.151 of 2009 as<br \/>\nexpeditiously as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith the<br \/>\naforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\ndischarged.
