No.20413 of 2011\n                                   Ram Balak Rai\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   14\/07\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Petitioner is solitary named accused in this case with<\/p>\n<p>                        allegation of demand of some rangdari etc. However, as submitted the<\/p>\n<p>                        parties have settled the dispute and a compromise petition has been<\/p>\n<p>                        filed. If it is so, and informant on due identification by appear in court<\/p>\n<p>                        as witness and support the factum of compromise and also stood as<\/p>\n<p>                        one of the bailors, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                        below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Ram Balak Rai,<\/p>\n<p>                        be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                        thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                        satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity, in<\/p>\n<p>                        connection with Fatwah P.S.
