Garg                                             Madhu Honda\n\n\n15.2.2011\n\n\n\n      Shri Vijay Shukla, Counsel for the applicant.\n      Shri Kamlesh Dwivedi, Counsel for the respondent.<\/pre>\n<p>      This   application   is   filed    for   initiating   contempt<br \/>\nproceedings against the respondents alleging non-compliance<br \/>\nof the order dated 6.9.2010 in W.P.822\/2010.                 By the<br \/>\naforesaid order this Court directed thus :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        &#8221;      In view of submissions made by learned<br \/>\n        counsel for the parties, the instant writ appeal is<br \/>\n        disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2<br \/>\n        to consider and decide the representation<br \/>\n        submitted by the appellant, contained in<br \/>\n        Annexure P\/12 within a period of two weeks<br \/>\n        from the date of presentation of certified copy of<br \/>\n        the order passed by this Court.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               With the aforesaid directions, the writ<br \/>\n        appeal stands disposed of.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      Learned counsel appearing for the respondents<br \/>\nsubmitted that the order has been complied with and the<br \/>\nrepresentation of petitioner was duly considered by the<br \/>\nrespondent and it was rejected vide order dated 12.2.2011. A<br \/>\ncopy of the order has been supplied to Shri Shukla.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage<br \/>\nsubmitted that the petitioner is ready to join at Jabalpur but<br \/>\nhe has not been relieved from Katni.           Apart from this, the<br \/>\nclaim of the applicant for salary is also with the department<br \/>\nand may be directed to consider the aforesaid claim.\n<\/p>\n<p>      From the perusal of the order dated 6.9.2010, we find<br \/>\nthat only directions were issued to the State to consider and<br \/>\ndecide the representation of the applicant, which has been<br \/>\nconsidered and decided vide order dated 12.2.2011. So far as<br \/>\nthe relieving of the applicant from Katni is concerned, the\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                              2&#8230;..<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n                   Con.C. 1463 of 2011\n\nS.D.
