Mr.Sanjay D.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSuthar, learned advocate waives the service of notice of rule on<br \/>\n\tbehalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 8, Mr.Nikunt Rawal, learned AGP<br \/>\n\twaives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent<br \/>\n\tNo.9 and Mr.S.V. Parmar, learned advocate waives the service of<br \/>\n\tnotice of rule on behalf of the respondent No.12.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith the consent of the<br \/>\n\tlearned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties,<br \/>\n\tpresent application is taken up for for final hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPresent application has<br \/>\n\tbeen filed  by the applicant   original respondent No.3  for<br \/>\n\tappropriate order to extend the time limit to complete the inquiry<br \/>\n\tand submit the report as ordered by this Court vide order<br \/>\n\tdtd.16\/12\/2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering the<br \/>\n\taverments in the application and unconditional apology and subject<br \/>\n\tto payment of cost to be paid by the applicant   deponent<br \/>\n\tpersonally, which is quantified at Rs.5000=00 (which the applicant<br \/>\n\thas agreed to deposit) to be deposited with the Registry of this<br \/>\n\tCourt  within a period of one week from today, time to complete the<br \/>\n\tinquiry and submit the report as ordered by this Court vide order<br \/>\n\tdtd.16\/12\/2009 is hereby extended upto 24\/1\/2010. Now, the report to<br \/>\n\tbe submitted on the next date of hearing of the main Special Civil<br \/>\n\tApplication No.12030 of 2009 i.e. on 25\/1\/2010.
