S.O to 06.04.2011.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tCounsel<br \/>\nfor the appellant was to take action before 06.04.2011 but no actions<br \/>\nare taken. Therefore, First Appeal No. 487 of 1993 stands abated and<br \/>\nthe same stands disposed of.
