Respondent\n\n\n\nPrayer\n\nContempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act,\nto punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed\nby this Hon'ble Court, dated 21.11.2008, in W.P.(MD) No.5763 of 2008.\n\n!For Petitioner   ...  \tMr.A.Thirumurthy\n^For Respondent\t  ...  \tMr.S.C.Herold Singh\n\t\t\tGovernment Advocate\n\n* * * * *\n\n:O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tThis contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying<br \/>\nthat this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for willful disobedience<br \/>\nof the order passed by this Court, on 21.11.2008, in W.P.(MD) No.5764 of 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. \tBy the order, dated 21.11.2008, this Court had directed the<br \/>\nrespondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.04.2008,<br \/>\nand to pass appropriate order, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nperiod of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. \tAt this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned<br \/>\nGovernment Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent had placed before this<br \/>\ncourt, the proceedings of the respondent, dated 08.12.2009, which has been<br \/>\nissued in compliance with the directions issued by this Court, by its order,<br \/>\ndated 21.11.2008, made in W.P.(MD) No.5763 of 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. \tIn such circumstances, since no further orders are necessary, the<br \/>\ncontempt petition stands closed.
