No.21411 of 2010\nSaroj Rai, Son of Ram Nath Rai, Resident of Village Hirani Bag\nGoshala, Police Station Chapra Muffasil, District Saran.\n                                                ------- Petitioner\n                               Versus\nThe State of Bihar                             ------- Opp. Party\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       16.08.2010              Heard        learned          counsel          for     the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and counsel for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the fact that earlier the<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer     for     bail       of     the       petitioner         was<\/p>\n<p>                     rejected     by       this       Court     by    order          dated<\/p>\n<p>                     8.10.2009 in Cr. Misc. No. 28349 of 2009 with<\/p>\n<p>                     an   observation        that       the     petitioner           could<\/p>\n<p>                     renew his prayer for bail after completing<\/p>\n<p>                     one year of his judicial custody and that the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner       is   in     custody       since      28.4.2009,<\/p>\n<p>                     this Court would direct for release of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner,       namely,        Saroj     Rai       on    bail    on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing       bail    bond      of    Rs.    10,000\/-         (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand)      with     two      sureties        of       the    like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount   each      to    the       satisfaction           of    Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial     Magistrate,           Chapra       in    connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2009<\/p>\n<p>                     subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<p>                              (i)      The      two     bail     bonds         will     be<\/p>\n<p>                     furnished, one by the Government servant and<\/p>\n<p>                     the other by a close family relative.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>               (ii)      The     petitioner      will    remain<\/p>\n<p>      present in course of trial on each and every<\/p>\n<p>      day and his absence even for a single day<\/p>\n<p>      would automatically entail the consequences<\/p>\n<p>      of cancellation of his bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>              (iii) The petitioner in case is now<\/p>\n<p>      made accused in any other criminal case, that<\/p>\n<p>      would   itself     lead    to     cancellation    of   his<\/p>\n<p>      bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Subject          to      the     aforementioned<\/p>\n<p>      conditions,       the    prayer     for   bail    of   the<\/p>\n<p>      petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Rsh                                   (Mihir Kumar Jha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Saroj Rai vs The State Of Bihar on 16 August, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
