As stated in the application, his children<br \/>\n\tand his wife are also suffering from blindness and the applicant is<br \/>\n\thandicapped himself and suffering from blindness.  Therefore,<br \/>\n\tkeeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances mentioned in<br \/>\n\tthe application for condonation of delay, it can be said that the<br \/>\n\tapplicant was prevented, due to physical condition of his family,<br \/>\n\tfrom preferring the appeal within the period of limitation.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\tdelay deserves to be condoned and, therefore, condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication is disposed of.
