This petition under Article 226 of the<br \/>\n                        Constitution is filed in public interest for implementation<br \/>\n                        of decision dated 20th March 1986 taken by the then<br \/>\n                        Additional Collector, District-Rohtas in respect of<br \/>\n                        construction of a Girls&#8217; School in Tetrarh. From the<br \/>\n                        record it appears that since the aforesaid decision dated<br \/>\n                        20th March 1986 approved by the District Collector on<br \/>\n                        23rd March 1986, on 28th March 1988 the Director,<br \/>\n                        Primary     Education-cum-Joint      Secretary,    Education<br \/>\n                        Department, Government of Bihar granted permission<br \/>\n                        for establishment of a Girls&#8217; School at Tetrarh on the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          terms and conditions mentioned in the permission.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      It is the grievance of the petitioner that after<br \/>\n          more than two decades the high School for Girls as<br \/>\n          envisaged under the aforesaid permission has not come<br \/>\n          up in village Tetrarh.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      We are of the opinion that the cause of action<br \/>\n          is remote. Moreover, the permission was granted to a<br \/>\n          non-government       High   School.      There   cannot   be<br \/>\n          compulsion on any private body to construct a Girls&#8217;<br \/>\n          School.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      In our opinion, the present petition in public<br \/>\n          interest is misconceived. Hence, rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               (R.M.
