Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :12\/02\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                   ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n              -----------------------\n                W.P.(C).No.4696 OF 2009\n             ------------------------\n         Dated this the 12th day of February, 2009.\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner submits that by Ext.P1, the concurrence of<\/p>\n<p>the first respondent was sought for by its counterpart at<\/p>\n<p>Malappuram, for the grant of permit in respect of the stage<\/p>\n<p>carriage bearing Registration No.KL-11 P 1596. It is stated<\/p>\n<p>that the first respondent considered the matter on<\/p>\n<p>15.12.2008 but adjourned the item for ascertaining the<\/p>\n<p>total road length. It is stated that since then there has not<\/p>\n<p>been any progress in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. Having regard to the pendency of the proceedings<\/p>\n<p>for prior concurrence before the first respondent, as is<\/p>\n<p>evident from Ext.P2 proceedings, the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the<\/p>\n<p>request for prior concurrence made as per Ext.P1 and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders thereon.
