The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is residing along with her son in Kakkodu Village<\/p>\n<p>near Punalur. Her husband is employed in Gulf countries. It is<\/p>\n<p>her case that her in-laws are threatening her.<\/p>\n<p>          2.   Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that there are family disputes and disputes regarding<\/p>\n<p>property.\n<\/p>\n<p>          3. We are not expressing any opinion regarding the<\/p>\n<p>merits of the family disputes or the civil disputes between the<\/p>\n<p>parties. That has to be decided elsewhere. However, police<\/p>\n<p>shall see that law and order is maintained and lives of both<\/p>\n<p>sides are not endangered.<\/p>\n<p>          Writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                             Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        (J.B.
