Petitioner remained in<\/p>\n<p>                 custody since 6.1.2011, hence is allowed bail.<\/p>\n<p>                         Thus,      having      regard    to   the     facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances      of   the      case,    the    above     named<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing     bail     bond     of     Rs.   10,000\/-        (ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each   to    the   satisfaction          of   Chief    Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate,    Nalanda      at    Biharsharif         in   Laheri<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S.
