Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :02\/02\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       -------------------------\n                   W.P (C) No.3432 of 2011\n                       --------------------------\n              Dated this the 2nd February, 2011\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner underwent M.Sc Nursing Course in the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent college. At the time of admission, the original<\/p>\n<p>certificates such as Xth Certificate, Plus two Certificate,<\/p>\n<p>Mark list, B.Sc Nursing Degree Certificate, R.N. Certificate<\/p>\n<p>and certain other certificates were submitted.           After<\/p>\n<p>completing the course, petitioner requested for returning<\/p>\n<p>the certificates.   It is alleged that the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>refused the said request, even a written representation<\/p>\n<p>made, was not acted upon. It is in these circumstances the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Petitioner relied on Ext.P1 judgment rendered<\/p>\n<p>by this Court in W.P. (C) No.34220 of 2008 where this<\/p>\n<p>very issue has been considered by this Court and the case<\/p>\n<p>was disposed of with the following directions.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            &#8221; In the result, writ petition is disposed of<br \/>\n      directing the third respondent to return to the<br \/>\n      petitioner the documents sought for by her,<br \/>\n      namely the originals of S.S.L.C Book, Pre-<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      Degree    Mark    list,   B.Sc    Nursing   Degree<br \/>\n      Certificate, Certificate of Registered Nurse,<br \/>\n      Certificate   of    Registered        Midwife  and<\/p>\n<p>W.P (C) No.3432 of 2011<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      Experience Certificate, within two weeks, if the<br \/>\n      petitioner submits an application in this behalf<br \/>\n      along with the copy of the judgment and a copy<br \/>\n      of the writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    I heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      4.    From the submissions made by both sides, it<\/p>\n<p>gives me an impression that the issue canvassed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is covered by the aforesaid judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      5.
