S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tFrom<br \/>\nthe facts quoted in the case, it will be evident that the writ<br \/>\npetition was preferred against an order passed in a Suit followed by<br \/>\napplication under Order I, Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code for<br \/>\nbeing impleaded as party-respondent.
