No.42110 of 2010\n                RAMESH KUMAR PASWAN, SON OF LATE HARICHARAN PASWAN.\n                                             Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03   14.01.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                      as learned P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.06.2010<\/p>\n<p>                      in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 563 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                      registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                      and 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Allegedly, one country made loaded pistol was<\/p>\n<p>                      recovered from the possession of the petitioner when he had<\/p>\n<p>                      assembled along with others to make preparation of the<\/p>\n<p>                      dacoity.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Learned Public Prosecutor points out that<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases but the<\/p>\n<p>                      submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner has already been granted bail in the above stated two<\/p>\n<p>                      cases.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the above stated submissions as<\/p>\n<p>                      well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody<\/p>\n<p>                      above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                      sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Rohtas at Sasaram in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Sessions Trial No. 359 of 2010 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                      above stated Sasaram (Town) P.S.
