Opponent Nos.5\/1\/1 Aiyesha Habibmiya Shaikh and 5\/1\/3<br \/>\nYasmin Habibmiya Shaikh are present in the Court and they admit that<br \/>\nthey are the heirs of deceased Habibmiya.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tI<br \/>\nhave heard learned advocate for the applicant.  Rest of the opponents<br \/>\nare absent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the averments made in the application not controverted by<br \/>\nreply, the application is allowed.
