The communication<br \/>\nrequests the addressee that taking the Government Resolution into<br \/>\nconsideration, the future action be taken and the Hon&#8217;ble High Court<br \/>\nbe informed about the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid Government Resolution, except the grievance<br \/>\nabout implementation of the same, no other grievance survives. The<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioners states that despite Government<br \/>\nResolution dated 15.3.2010, the petitioners have not heard anything<br \/>\nso far about the implementation of the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\nAssistant Government Pleader Mr. Shah does not have any instruction<br \/>\nabout the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the authorities are directed to implement that<br \/>\naward as early as possible, but not later than three months from the<br \/>\ndate of receipt of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitions are disposed of having become infructuous. However, liberty<br \/>\nis reserved in favour of the petitioners to pray for revival of these<br \/>\npetitions in case of any difficulty.
