MOHANAN, J.\n              ----------------------------------------\n            Bail Application No. 2237 of 2010\n             -----------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 20th day of April, 2010\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.182\/2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Koratty Police Station for an offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sec.420 r\/w 34 of I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   I have heard          the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>     3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the petitioner and the other circumstances<\/p>\n<p>of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-<\/p>\n<p>in-charge of the police station concerned to release the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner on bail for a period of one month in the event of<\/p>\n<p>his arrest in connection with the above case on his<\/p>\n<p>executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees              Twenty Five<\/p>\n<p>Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No. 2237 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction of the said officer and subject to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           1. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n              Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           2. The petitioner shall make         himself available for<br \/>\n              interrogation as and when required by the Investigating<br \/>\n              Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n              prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n              with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           4. The petitioner shall not commit any offence while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           5.
