Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :30\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                          P.N.RAVINDRAN, J.\n                 -----------------------------------------\n                      W.P(C).No.25232 of 2010\n                 -----------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 30th day of August, 2010\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The main relief sought for in this writ petition is as follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>         (i)   issue a writ of mandamus or any other<br \/>\n         appropriate writ, order or direction commanding<br \/>\n         respondents 1 to 4 not to include the petitioners&#8217;<br \/>\n         hotels, restaurants and bars viz., Hotel Zion, and<br \/>\n         Hotel Park in Kozhenchery Town in any order<br \/>\n         passedunder Section 54 of the Kerala Abkari Act<br \/>\n         directing to close the abkari Shops in connection<br \/>\n         with   the  conduct    of  &#8220;Aranmula    Uthruttathi<br \/>\n         Vallamkali&#8221; held on 27.8.2010.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>The Aranmula Uthruttathi Vallamkali was held on 27.8.2010. In such<\/p>\n<p>circumstances the main relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be<\/p>\n<p>granted.
