(oral)<\/p>\n<p>Order.\n<\/p>\n<p>            By filing this writ petition, petitioners pray that a writ of<\/p>\n<p>certiorari be issued to quash notice dated May 12, 2009 (P-7), vide which<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Commissioner has been asked to construct an enclosure wall,<\/p>\n<p>around protected site, in village Theh Polar.
