Dattu, C.J.:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       Petitioner is the Manager of an Aided Vocational Higher Secondary<\/p>\n<p>School functioning in Punalur Educational Sub District in Kollam District.<\/p>\n<p>       2. In this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks the following reliefs:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        &#8220;a)     Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order<\/p>\n<p>        or direction directing the respondent to sanction Plus Two<\/p>\n<p>        course to the petitioner&#8217;s school during the Academic year 2002-<\/p>\n<p>        2003 on the basis of the High Level Committee Report dt.<\/p>\n<p>        22.09.1998 as also the District Level Committee                                          report<\/p>\n<p>        prepared in the year                2000 and also                on the basis of the<\/p>\n<p>        direction issued          by the learned single Judge of this Hon&#8217;ble<\/p>\n<p>        Court in Ext.P1 Judgment;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        and<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        b)      Pass such other and further orders as are deemed just<\/p>\n<p>        and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>       3. At the time of hearing of this Original Petition, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner would submit that as on today, the reliefs sought for in this<\/p>\n<p>Petition would not survive for consideration of this Court.<\/p>\n<p>       4. Taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>ORIGINAL PETITION No. 15815 OF 2002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the Original Petition is disposed of as having become unnecessary.<\/p>\n<p>However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make               appropriate<\/p>\n<p>representations before the appropriate authorities for appropriate reliefs.<\/p>\n<p>       5.
