RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n             -----------------------------------------\n             Contempt Case(C) Nos.1002, 1016,\n                1092, 1156, 1201, 1231, 1234,\n             1238, 1279, 1322 &amp; 1348 OF 2009 &amp;\n                   4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14,\n                    15, 30, 58 &amp; 124 OF 2010\n              -----------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 12th day of March, 2010.\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In these cases, the petitioners allege non-implementation of<\/p>\n<p>the directions issued by this Court in the judgments in the writ<\/p>\n<p>petitions concerned.       Now the matter is governed by the<\/p>\n<p>directions issued by the Apex Court in Special Leave Petition<\/p>\n<p>(Civil) No.1014\/2010 and connected cases dated 04.01.2010.<\/p>\n<p>The said order is extracted below:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                 &#8220;Delay condoned.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                 Issue notice on those SLPs in which notice is<\/p>\n<p>           already not issued.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                 In   the  meanwhile    we   direct  that   the<\/p>\n<p>           respondents    will  continue   to   receive   their<\/p>\n<p>           salaries\/allowances as per the impugned G.O. till the<\/p>\n<p>           present matters are decided&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      2.  In the light of the above, no separate directions are<\/p>\n<p>called for in these Contempt Cases. They are closed. If any of<\/p>\n<p>Contempt Case (C) No.1002\/09 &amp; conn. cases. 2<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners have any individual grievances with regard to the<\/p>\n<p>non-compliance of the interim order passed by the Apex Court,<\/p>\n<p>they can take up the matter before the concerned statutory<\/p>\n<p>authority or any higher authority.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           T.R.
