Respondents\/Respondents\n                                ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.   03.08.2011              The present L.P.A. arises out of the order<\/p>\n<p>                   passed in C.W.J.C. No.9221 of 2003 dated 22nd<\/p>\n<p>                   March, 2007, whereby the learned Single Judge<\/p>\n<p>                   refused to grant any relief to the appellant herein as<\/p>\n<p>                   he was compulsory retired when charges have been<\/p>\n<p>                   proved against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              As charges have remained proved against<\/p>\n<p>                   the appellant, we do not inclined to interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>                   order of the learned Single Judge.<\/p>\n<p>                              However, as the order of punishment is<\/p>\n<p>                   passed by way of compulsory retirement, we are of the<\/p>\n<p>                   opinion that the appellant is entitled of any benefits<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       which arises out of the compulsory retirement as per<\/p>\n<p>       Rules which shall be paid to him as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>       possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   With the above observation, the L.P.A.<\/p>\n<p>       stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  (T.
