The Appellant sought information on thirteen points in\nthis regard.\n\nPIO's Reply:\n\nThe following was replied by vigilance Deptt, MCD. vide letter dated 03\/02\/2010:\n\n\"as regard para no. 1, 5, 6, 10, 13 of the RTI application which pertains to this department it is\ninformed that complaint dt. 20\/21-12-2009 was received in this department vide No. 22632 dt.\n23\/12\/2009. On this complaint action taken report has been called from Dy. Commissioner, Civil\nLine Zone vide this office letter dated 15\/01\/2010. The report from DC\/CLZ is awaited. As\nregards other paras the matter already been forward to the concerned PIO's vide this office letter\ndt. 25\/01\/2010.\"\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nInformation not provided.\n Order of the First Appellate Authority:\n\"PIO is directed to take sealing action and thereafter demolition action be initiated and\naccordingly informed the appellant within 03 weeks time.\"\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\n.Information not provided. P. Sharma, Public Information Officer<br \/>\n              (Vig) &amp; Assistant Director (Vigilance)<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO states that the RTI application has been transferred on 25\/01\/2010 to Dy.<br \/>\nCommissioner Civil Lines Zone since the action was to be taken by them. The PIO has also<br \/>\nsubmitted the letter of 15\/01\/2010 by which he has forwarded the complaint to DC Civil Liens<br \/>\nZone. He has also sent a reminder to DC Civil Lines Zone on 13\/05\/2010.
