Jain, Advocate,\n            for the petitioners.\n\n            Mr. Manohar Lall, Add.A.G., Punjab.\n\n            Mr. Tribhuwan Dahiya, Advocate\n            for respondent\/UOI.\n                        -----\n\nORDER:\n<\/pre>\n<p>            On February 26, 2009, following order was passed:-<\/p>\n<p>                  &#8220;Mr. Dahiya states that possession was taken on<br \/>\n            31.12.1987 and the entire compensation was paid. The<br \/>\n            purpose of acquisition is extension of ammunition depot,<br \/>\n            which is a requirement for defence of India and thus,<br \/>\n            urgency clause was rightly invoked.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to<br \/>\n            verify the facts.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  List again on 30.3.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  To be shown in the urgent list.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p> C.W.P.
