C. Bhasin, PIO &amp; Asst. PF Commissioner;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Appellant has written to the Commission that 08 letters including registered post were<br \/>\ndispatched to EPFO office giving the form no.13. The appellant claims that his employer has forwarded<br \/>\nthe form-13 vide their letter of 12\/11\/2009. The Appellant has not given any proof or evidence to support<br \/>\n his claim that 08 letters have been sent to EPFO with form-13. The Respondent states that since the form-<br \/>\n13 is not on the records further actions cannot be taken. The Appellant has sent a copy of the form-13<br \/>\nwhich employer had supposedly sent on 13\/11\/2009.
