NO. 13274 OF 2008\n                  --------------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 22nd day of April, 2008\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This Writ Petition is filed on account of apprehension of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner that his bar hotel will be closed today and tomorrow because<\/p>\n<p>of festival going on in the Elempalloor Devi Temple, Kundara.<\/p>\n<p>However, petitioner has not received any orders imposing any<\/p>\n<p>prohibition. In the circumstances, W.P. is closed as no orders are<\/p>\n<p>required as of now.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        (C.N.
