JUSTICE HARSHA DEVANI)<\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tHeard<br \/>\nMr. R.K. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tAttention<br \/>\nis invited to the reasons recorded for reopening assessment under<br \/>\nsection 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as well as to the assessment<br \/>\norder for assessment year 2006-07 to point out that the assessee had<br \/>\nnot claimed any deduction under section 80IB of the Act as there were<br \/>\nno sales shown during the year.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the aforesaid, issue notice returnable on 27th<br \/>\nDecember, 2010.
