A No.354 of 2005\n          ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 24th day of March, 2009\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>    Compromise         reported              vide         I.A.656\/09<\/p>\n<p>settling the dispute between the parties is<\/p>\n<p>accepted and recorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>    2. In the result, the decrees of the<\/p>\n<p>courts below are set aside and there will be a<\/p>\n<p>preliminary decree in terms of the compromise<\/p>\n<p>reported vide I.A.656\/09. The compromise as<\/p>\n<p>also  Annexure-A         plans          (seven          in  number)<\/p>\n<p>attached  thereto         shall         form         part   of   the<\/p>\n<p>compromise decree. Fee for separate allotment<\/p>\n<p>of shares will have to be paid for such of the<\/p>\n<p>sharers who have not already paid court fee<\/p>\n<p>for  separate      allotment              of      their     shares.<\/p>\n<p>Parties to suffer their own costs. The shares<\/p>\n<p>shall be got valued before passing of final<\/p>\n<p>judgment to enable determination of stamp duty<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">R. S.
