The appellant states that a criminal case no.1015\/93 in the matter of<br \/>\nMr. Satya Narayan Vs Dr. Sudhakar Patnaik and others was pending in the Delhi Court of ADJ<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                                                    Page 2 of 3<\/span><br \/>\n Mr. Raj Kapoor. The PIO states that information of this nature is not available on the service<br \/>\nfiles in the Central Establishment Department.
