RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                 BAIL APPLICATION NO. 7248 OF 2006\n\n               - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n         DATED THIS THE 18TH   DAY OF DECEMBER, 2006\n\n\n                                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is<\/p>\n<p>the   accused   in   Cr.No.164\/06     of     Koodal   Police   Station   for   offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 8(1) and 8(2) of the Abkari Act for having<\/p>\n<p>been found in possession of 5 liters of arrack on 23.11.2006,seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.  He was arrested on the same day.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Having regard to the nature of the   offences, the duration<\/p>\n<p>of judicial custody of the petitioner and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case etc.,  I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with effect from<\/p>\n<p>22.12.2006.  Accordingly,  the petitioner is directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>bail   with   effect   from   22.12.2006   on   his   executing   a   bond     for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.20,000\/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each   for   the   like   amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.-I,<\/p>\n<p>Pathanamthitta and subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               1.     Petitioner shall report before the Investigating<\/p>\n<p>               Officer   between   9   a.m.   and   11   a.m.   on   all<\/p>\n<p>               Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>B.A.NO.7248\/06                      Page numbers<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              2.     The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate<\/p>\n<p>              the   prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   he   attempt   to<\/p>\n<p>              tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              3.
