NO. 23716 OF 2008 W\n                  --------------------------------------\n                 Dated this the 7th August, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner challenges Exts.P1 and P2 revenue recovery<\/p>\n<p>notices. Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner may<\/p>\n<p>be given time to pay off the amount due under Exts.P1 and P2. I<\/p>\n<p>heard the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent<\/p>\n<p>Board and also the learned Government Pleader. Exts.P1 and P2<\/p>\n<p>are issued for recovery of the amount due to the Electricity<\/p>\n<p>Board.    Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>proposes to sell the property and raise the amount for paying off<\/p>\n<p>the amount due under Exts.P1 and P2. Having regard to the<\/p>\n<p>facts, Exts.P1 and P2 will be kept in abeyance for a period of<\/p>\n<p>four months from today. However, I make it clear that if the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner does not pay the amount within four months from<\/p>\n<p>today, it will be open to the respondents to proceed against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.   I further make it clear that the petitioner will<\/p>\n<p>necessarily have to pay interest which will accrue.<\/p>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n                                                     Sd\/=\n                                          K.
