The court below refused  such permission.<br \/>\nHence he has filed  this petition.  During the pendency of the<br \/>\npetition, the period for which the request for passport was made has<br \/>\nalready started.  Counsel for the petitioner therefore submitted that<br \/>\nthe passport be released for a period of two weeks between 10th<br \/>\nMarch and 24th March 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned advocates  for the parties, I find that the brother<br \/>\nof the petitioner who is also involved in some offence has also been<br \/>\ngiven such liberty.  The petitioner has other family members and<br \/>\nbusiness interests as well as properties in India, as stated by the<br \/>\ncounsel.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances,  passport of the petitioner shall be released for<br \/>\na limited period for traveling  to Bangkok between 10th<br \/>\nMarch and 24th March 2010 on the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>He<br \/>\n\tshall execute  bond and shall give  bank guarantee of Rs.1 lac<br \/>\n\t(Rupees one lac) to the court below;\n<\/p>\n<p>he<br \/>\n\tshall use his passport only for traveling to Bangkok  between 10th<br \/>\n\tMarch and 24th March 2010;\n<\/p>\n<p>he<br \/>\n\tshall give full itinerary  of the tour before the court below;\n<\/p>\n<p>he<br \/>\n\tshall surrender the passport immediately upon return;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tthat<br \/>\n\tthis order does not mean that other travel requirements under law<br \/>\n\tare waived.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetition is disposed of in above terms.
