KRISHNAN, J\n                          -----------------------\n                    CRL.M.C.No. 638 OF 2009\n                   ---------------------------------\n              Dated this the 11th day of February, 2009\n\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This petition is filed to quash all further proceedings in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No. 364\/2008 of Chandera Police Station and in the alternate to<\/p>\n<p>direct the court to consider the bail application on the same day. In<\/p>\n<p>similar matters directions had been given to the concerned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate to consider the bail application on the date of filing itself.<\/p>\n<p>      Therefore this Crl.M.C is disposed of with a direction to<\/p>\n<p>consider the bail application as and when it is moved with a further<\/p>\n<p>direction to the petitioners herein to move a bail application<\/p>\n<p>immediately after the working hours commence so that there will be<\/p>\n<p>breathing time for the court as well as the prosecutor to get<\/p>\n<p>instructions for disposal. The said application can be disposed of in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              M.N.
